Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferable).

Others Requirement:

• Microsoft Office program:(Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• Design Application: Auto CAD

• Good Communication Skills (Bangla and English), Project Presentation.

• Capable of preparing creative Layout Plan, Auto CAD, etc.

Fully Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities as follows:

• Coordination between Client, Design Consultant and Contractors.

• Ensure that all works are executed strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.

• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other discipline engineers to maintain smooth workflow at the site.

• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records & Preparing project documentation.

• Preparation of Initial Environmental Assessment Report – Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) & others environmental study reports.

• Overall environmental activities in the field level & supervision of construction.

• Conveyance or T/A Bill.

• Mobile Bill

• Salary Review: Yearly
