Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that students maintains proper discipline at the dormitory
∎ Take the lead and responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a dormitory and ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of the students including health and wellness related issues
∎ Play an important role in supporting the provision of a large range of services to local and international students
∎ Ensure positive and respectful relationship with the students
∎ Create an inclusive community for international students throughout their student journey and when alumni of the University
∎ Conducting regular room inspections and collaborating with other staff members to provide a safe and supportive living environment
∎ Communicate with parents and/or guardians of students if necessary
∎ Maintaining all necessary official files related to students, dorm etc.
∎ Act as a bridge between students and management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the similar position will be given preference
∎ Must be cross functional
∎ Good communication skills in English will be given preference
∎ Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse student populations
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding working hour
