Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• B.Com/ M.Com in Accounting/Finance or BBA/ MBA from any renowned University.

• Qualified Charted Accountant(FCA), ACCA is encouraged to apply

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, NGO, Development Agency, Micro-Credit, Radio

• Age At most 45 years

Experience Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in any renowned CA farm / following area: Audit

• Skills Required: Audit and assurance services, Compliance Audit, Internal Audit

• Willingness to travel.

• Fluent in writing and speaking in English.

• Experience in using data analytics tools and techniques are preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most/highest 45 years

• Strong background and experience on working of audit methodologies and technique.

• Prior successful experience of conducting external or internal audits.

• Excellent written and oral communication ability with different stakeholders.

• Strong time management and organizational skill to lead the internal audit team.

• Requires at least 60% of field visit in every month.

• Should have experience in audit department of Bank/Financial organization/NGO/ONGO Micro finance Program.

Job Context:

Ambala Foundation is a non-profitable, foreign grant-free, completely self-reliant organization established in 1994. The organization is registered with the Ministry of Social Services (Registration No.: CH-03066), NGO Affairs Bureau (Registration No.: 952) and has been conducting microfinance service activities with great efficiency by obtaining a certificate from M, R, A (Certificate No.: 00350-01308-00086). The organization is currently successfully conducting microfinance activities through 241 branches in 21 districts. The organization is a partner of PKSF. It is also in partnership with various banks and financial institutions. In order to conduct inclusive financial activities of this organization, people/manpower will be recruited for various posts on an urgent basis subject to the following qualifications and conditions. Only candidates from the districts included in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Barisal, Khulna, Sylhet divisions can participate in this recruitment exam. Interested candidates for the mentioned positions will have to appear directly with their application forms and participate in the recruitment test.

Job Responsibilities

• To lead the Audit term and department.

• Salary: Negotiable but not less than TK-80000/-

• 3 Festival Bonuses including Baishakhoi allowance.

• Yearly Salary increment.

• Other benefit as per organizational HR policy (Provident Fund, Gratuity, Welfare fund, Pension , etc.)
