Experience:
Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance from reputed university or MBA/BBA from IBA
Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or relevant higher Degree ispreferable.
Relevant training / certification in Finance & Accounting will be treated as additional qualifications.
Preferred Reputed Universities: University of Dhaka, Jahangirnagar University, University of Rajshahi, University of Chittagong, NSU, AIUB, BRAC, IUB, UIU & EWU.
Must be very well-groomed with a pleasing personality.
Excellent English communication skills with IELTS are highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point & typing skill both Bengali and English is mandatory.

Job Responsibility:
Assistant Director / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts serves as a Finance & Accounts Generalist with proven track record of providing full range of Financial and Accounting services. Solid understanding of all related functions with ability to handle and solve complex Financial Management issues. This personnel must have strong hand-on experience of collaborating cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations and Management to align business strategies and execution.
Financial Proposal Preparation
Prepare financial proposals, budgets, and cost estimates for new projects, contracts, and business opportunities.
Conduct cost-benefit, profitability, and break-even analyses.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and funding requirements for proposed projects.
Evaluate project financial viability and return on investment (ROI).
Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and applicable financial regulations.
Review assumptions, costing methodologies, and risk factors before proposal submission.
Monitor approved project budgets against actual performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Stakeholder Management
Strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
Coordinateliaison with local and foreign donors for investment and partnership.
Prepare business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board.
Dealing With Financial Organizations like Bangladesh Bank, Commercial Banks, National Board of Revenue (NBR), External Auditors, Insurance Companies, Leasing Companies, Credit Rating Agencies, Regulatory Authorities, and Financial Consultants and Advisory Firms.
Managing banking facilities, loans, and credit lines.
Coordinating statutory and tax compliance.
Support due diligence, financial reviews, and funding assessments.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for grants and investments.
Collaborate with program, project, and management teams to ensure timely financial reporting.
Assist in grant applications, fundraising initiatives, and investment proposals.
Build long-term relationships through transparent financial reporting and effective communication.
Identify financial risks related to funded projects and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Prepare periodic financial reports, fund utilization statements, and progress updates.
Monitor budget utilization and ensure funds are used in accordance with approved budgets and funding agreements.
Client Dealing
Participate in client meetings, contract negotiations, and project review sessions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring professional and timely financial support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial commitments and client requirements are met.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth through effective financial management.
Discuss and negotiate financial terms, payment schedules, and contract conditions.
Coordinate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding payment issues.
Ensure timely collection of receivables and monitor customer account balances.
Maintain high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Prepare periodic financial reports and updates for clients, where required.
Financial Management
Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.
Cost Control & Business Analysis
Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
