Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategize and execute fundraising initiatives specifically targeting international grants and donors.
∎ Lead the research, writing, and submission of high-quality grant proposals to international funders.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international donor organizations and representatives.
∎ Collaborate with program teams to develop compelling narratives and project plans for international funding.
∎ Support the Director in overall fundraising strategy and departmental operations.Qualifications:
∎ Demonstrable experience securing significant international funding for non-profit organizations.
∎ Exceptional grant writing and proposal development skills, specifically for international audiences.
∎ Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with international donors and partners.

You'll be instrumental in expanding our global reach and ensuring sustainable resources for our impactful programs.
