Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with leading traders and distributors in the wire and cable industry

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of wires and cables, enabling effective product presentations, comparisons, and solutions for customer requirements

  • Build and regularly update a comprehensive trader database to support lead generation, prospecting, and sales conversions

  • Generate new business leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely deal closure with proper documentation and approvals

  • Identify and evaluate potential opportunities to accelerate business volume and market share

  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports detailing performance metrics, sales targets, and market insights

  • Develop sales forecasts in terms of both volume and revenue to support business planning and decision-making

  • Maintain effective communication channels and coordinate supply chain activities to ensure smooth order fulfillment for the trader network

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to stay competitive and identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, production, etc.) to ensure timely deliveries and payment collection
