Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com/ MBA in Finance and Accounting from a well-reputed public or private university.
∎ CA/CC is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance Audit, Financial Audit, Internal Audit, Market Audit, Process Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing the annual audit calendar and monthly audit schedule.
∎ Assist in preparing proper audit planning
∎ Conduct and supervise the process of audit, and ensure on-time reporting
∎ Responsible for monitoring the compliance audit and ensuring on-time report submission.
∎ Responsible for monitoring the inventory audit and ensuring on-time report submission.
∎ Review all operational SOP and internal control policies.
∎ Assist in preparing departmental (Internal Audit & Compliance) Policies & Procedures.
∎ Conduct any special audit from time to time assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Need to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for auditing purpose on frequent basis.
∎ Sound knowledge of financial audits and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Deep understanding of various audit processes and reporting.
∎ Proficient in Internal Audit-based MIS and MS Office suite.
∎ Experienced in problem-solving & decision-making skills
