Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor in any discipline with minimum 4 years of experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/She will assist in the following:
∎ Assist to develop monitoring tools for effecting monitoring of training activities during implementation of the program.
∎ She/he will closely monitor the training programs from selecting trainees, enrollment, certification and job placement and retention up to 3 months.
∎ Assist to prepare performance monitoring plan and reporting through formats for related activities.
∎ She/he will assist in preparation of monitor report highlighting all activities and submit monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports to the SDCMU.
∎ She/he will also participate actively in monitoring meetings organized by SDCMU-SEIP if needed.
∎ She/he will also perform other related tasks as may reasonably be required by the Chief Coordinator or requested by the implementing agency

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ IT background is preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Development Agency, Group of Companies, NGO, IT, Research and BPO Industry.
∎ Excellent command of communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Excellent computer operating skill & conversant with MS Office package.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable and team player.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
∎ Experience in Database Management is preferable.

Salary:
∎ 50,000 Taka/month (Negotiable)
