Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist in the preparation of working papers for Board meeting, AGM & EGM and minutes writing,
∎ To assist in preparation of Annual Report complying with BSEC rules & regulations, company act, rules & regulations,
∎ Share management through CDBL and manually, Bond management, RJSC related work,
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ To assist in the preparation of working papers for Board meeting, AGM & EGM and minutes writing,
