∎ BBA and MBA from any reputed university (Accounting Department will be preferred).
Job Context:
∎ BMS GROUP is a 100% export oriented, "A Type" Japanese full fledge manufacturing company operating at Plot # 1-6, Sector # 4, CEPZ, Chattogram, which is a subsidy of Japan based Marusan Sangyo Co., Ltd.
∎ The purpose of Assistant Officer, Commercial is to provide strategic and tactical leadership in a skilled area of works which involve the export import / document related works.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of import & export documents for Bank, C&F, Customs and other bodies.
∎ Obtaining IP EP from BEPZA
∎ Maintain Liaison with Bank, Shipping lines, C& F agents and others.
∎ Familiar to online booking submission on OOCL, Maersk line, APL, Expo Freight and other top-class forwarders website.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Strong communication skill with, bank, Freight Forwarder, C&F agents & CFS personnel.
∎ Ensure handing over relevant documents to Operations for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Experienced candidate will be preferable).
∎ The applicants having experience in the following areas will be preferred: Working in Export-Import oriented entities, working in Manufacturing and EPZ enterprises.
∎ Should have clear concept of preparing export documents through L/C & Sales Contract.
∎ As per company policy and Bangladesh EPZ Labor Act 2019.
