∎ Any degree on the relevant field will be appreciated.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Head Chef.
∎ Ensure daily target-wise food preparation and maintain food quality.
∎ Preparation of pastry as per demand.
∎ Operate within controlled budgets and costs and analyze consumption rate to prevent over/under buying.
∎ Will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment in the kitchen.
∎ Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly
∎ Train and develop supporting kitchen staff to ensure maximum output with minimum resources.
∎ Check and maintain kitchen equipment regularly.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional approach with all levels of coworkers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of a minimum 2 years on relevant field.
∎ Expert in the Pastry department.
∎ Filling preparation and decoration expert.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable depending on experience.
