∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline / hospitality management. Master degree in any discipline / hospitality management with any foreign degree will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Overall responsible for: Participates in all sales activities and events and assists Catering Sales Director/Manager in successful achievement of budget in forecasted banquets/catering sales revenues and other revenue generation areas. Achieve the individual revenue goals and targets from the assigned segments in line with overall hotel budget.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the sales plan and implement tactics to achieve budget.
∎ Sell all facets of the BICC and cross sell other Hotel.
∎ Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
∎ Convert sales leads.
∎ Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions.
∎ Solicit and close business according to established parameters.
∎ Conduct familiarizations and site inspections.
∎ Maintain a regular sales call pattern.
∎ Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager.
∎ Attend regular meetings.
∎ Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales.
∎ Report as required on sales activities and successes.
∎ Work in line with business requirements.
∎ Maintain regular contract with the IC Dhaka and Catering Sales team.
∎ Participate in conducting client interviews.
∎ Monitor competitor activities.
∎ Build profile in market place.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager-on-duty.
∎ Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.
∎ Monitors local competitors and compare their operation with his/her operation
∎ Solicits business and follow up on referrals and potential sales leads
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Ability of interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the convention centre, hotel, the brand and the Company
∎ Customer service skills and problem solving abilities & organised and demonstrates good planning skills
∎ Good understanding of the hotel and hospitality business
∎ Leadership and organizational abilities
∎ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Good in speaking and writing in English.
∎ 3 years related experience in 5* hotels/ luxury properties
∎ Physical Features: Sound Health & energetic
∎ Result driven
∎ Good in stress management
∎ Good in communication.
∎ Multitasking skill
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
∎ Others: Needs to be self-motivated, positive minded, able to train/motivate/lead team efficiently.
