Educational Requirements:
∎ MBS / Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Major in Accounting / Finance. Or
∎ CA/ ICMA Partly qualified / MBA (Major in Accounting/ Finance).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check all the payment vouchers, classify them before effecting payment and ensuring that all payments are supported by sufficient and good documents as per SOP/Finance policy of the company and enough competent to fulfill audit requirement.
∎ To prepare Vouchers on accrual basis as per chart of Account.
∎ To complete Cash Books daily and ensure to get approval up to CEO in regular basis.
∎ To arrange disbursement of salary, service charges, labor payment and other bills etc.
∎ To maintain the advance received and payment register for all the segments.
∎ Not to disclose any secret matter of the club outside of the Accounts department.
∎ To follow up account payables and receivables ladger for payment and receivables.
∎ To assist the Cashier, Accountant and Manager Finance & Accounts as and when required.
∎ To perform any other job/duties/responsibilities assigned to him.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Three years experience as an Accounts Executive in well reputed organization.In such case minimum academic qualification must be BBS or BBA.
∎ Computer Skilled in Microsoft Office Application, Bangla and English typing, ERP and other accounts software.
Salary:
∎ Salary/Benefit: Basic Tk. 10,225/- + (60%) House Rent 6135/-+ Medical 1094/- + Tiffin 313/- + Conveyance 313/- + KGC Allowance 1538 + Service Charge (±) 2000/- (Approx) Total 21618/- (Yearly Increment 719/-) + and two festival bonus and one Boishakhi bonus with other admissible facilities as per KGC Pay Scale.
