Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review supporting documents, such as invoices, receipts, and bills, to ensure correct entry of transaction details.
∎ Maintain a systematic filing system for vouchers, journals, and other financial records.
∎ Organize and update files for factory reports, association reports, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Calculate and deduct applicable taxes, such as AIT and VAT, from supplier and contractor bills.
∎ Perform manual data entry of financial transactions into accounting software with a high level of accuracy.
∎ Prepare vouchers and journal entries for different types of transactions.
∎ Prepare money receipts for payments received and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry.
∎ Support audits by providing accurate and complete records for financial transactions.
∎ Assist in responding to management queries regarding financial data and reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 27 years
∎ Conversant in MS Office
∎ Basic Knowledge of Tally & ERP
