Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the monthly close accounts as well as maintenance of all accounting ledger including monthly review of all accounts reconciliations & journal entries.
∎ Oversee the general accounting process of the company.
∎ Work with internal & external auditors during reviews & audits to ensure full cooperation as a accounting staff of the company & compliance with all qualified requests.
∎ Provide timely explanation to the reporting boss as per company rules & requirement.
∎ To maintain the directions/decisions of senior staffs & management & proper implementation in activities.
∎ Prepare voucher & maintain / update all accounting ledger properly.
∎ Maintain daily Cash book entries of all accounting transactions to respective ledger book.
∎ Making daily Cash & Bank transaction entries in the software.
∎ All kinds of party bills journal & ledger posting in the software.
∎ Prepare list of receivable & payable statement and submit to the reporting boss.
∎ Perform any other activities as per management decisions.
