∎ Now we are looking for Assistant Accountant
∎ Job Location: Sima Bloosom (Besides Rapa Plaza), Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sorting client data and maintain client database properly;
∎ Day to day bank reconciliation;
∎ Daily reconciliation with Xero recipts/payments with operation system, CRM;
∎ Reconciliation of backlog;
∎ Issuing receipt, invoice etc. and save them in the storage;
∎ Preparing ledger time to time as advised;
∎ Process payroll;
∎ Daily interbank fund transfers,
∎ Process daily payables,
∎ Co-ordinate in preparing receivable and payable accounts;
∎ Internal email correspondence on a daily basis;
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports as advised;
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Personal Quality:
∎ A Team Player;
∎ Attention to Detail;
∎ Accountable to himself/herself;
∎ Pro-active.
∎ Skill:
∎ Intermediate level of Accounting Knowledge;
∎ Basic to Advanced Excel Knowledge;
∎ Tech-savvy.
