∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / BBA from a recognized university.
∎ MBA degree is preferred.
∎ Professional Qualification: CA-CC (Part Qualified) / ACCA / ICMAB (Part Qualified).

∎ Ability to assess, analyze, evaluate, process and recommend credit proposal.
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in Reconciliation, loans and advances in CRM.
∎ Ability to manage large volume of data.
∎ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel and Power BI Application.
∎ Experience in Tally Software or ERP Software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Completion of monthly reconciliation such as Bank, Financial Institution, Related party and Closing Inventory in due time.
∎ Record and Process day to day business transaction.
∎ Manage Fixed Asset register and update accordingly.
∎ Preparation of receivable aeging report at the end of each month.
∎ Process adjustment entry related to credit management.
∎ Scrutinize and analyze credit limit applicant's financial data and assess and evaluate the creditworthiness of applicant and process, review and recommend credit proposal.
∎ Conduct visits to customer / business to assess the operational, financial and other aspects of the business to facilitate a prudent credit decision.
∎ Ensure compliance with credit management internal policies and procedure and external / regulatory requirements.
∎ Any task assigned by the management from time to time.
