• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc. in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university

• Basic knowledge of ETABS/ SAP2000/ SAFE/ AutoCAD

• Understanding of RCC structures, BNBC fundamentals and local approval processes

• Willingness to learn, good communication, and teamwork skills.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Developer, Technical Infrastructure, Real Estate Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 23 years
• Only Male

Preference will be given to candidates with the following knowledge and experience:

• Experienced in high-rise building projects in Bangladesh.

• Proven track record with local authorities’ approval processes (e.g., RAJUK, City Corporation).

• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Strong geotechnical awareness (soil reports, foundation design basics).

• Time management and ability to work under deadlines.

• Site safety certification (OSHA or equivalent) and safety compliance understanding.

• Structural design and analysis of high-rise RCC buildings.

• Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and BOQs.

• Supervise construction works and ensure quality & safety compliance.

• Coordinate with senior engineers, architects, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) teams, contractors, and consultants.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), RAJUK, City Corporations, and local authority requirements.

• Provide technical solutions to site-related issues.

• Help prepare reports, BOQs, and site documentation
