Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in Accounting or Finance or
∎ Qualified/Part Qualified in CA (CL Level)/ACCA/CIMA/CMA or similar accounting body.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain/Ensure proper maintence of book of journal entries & genaral ledger, cash & bank transactionreceived & payment statementas per IAS/IFRS.
∎ Vendor Payment management with proper procuremrnt process (ensureing the listed vendor & items rate) and services timely & maintain accounts receivable, payable.
∎ Perform full set of accounts & ensure timely closing of accounts.
∎ Perform project cost forecast/budgets,cost tracking, monitoring & controls.
∎ Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting & working closely with the operation and project terms in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
∎ Devolop & maintain control and effective accounting system & policies for the set up.
∎ Prepare and maintain all kind of vouchers , cashbook, bank book, general ledger and different registers related to financial & accounts.
∎ Keep track of all financial transaction for implementing the program and prepare accounts as per requirements of the funding agency.
∎ Prepare all relevant papersand statements needed for audit process.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Prepare bank & submit financial report as per donor agency requirement.
∎ Take initiative for improving operation efficiencies, controlling overheads & optimizing working.
∎ Monthly cash flow statement.
∎ Compile monthly reports.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly cash-recevable reconciliation and bank reconciliation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 to 5 years practical experience in relevant field with proven experience
∎ Proven skill in financial management, managing of donor funds, GAAP, VAT, Tax, USAID rules and regulations etc.; Skilled in budgeting, budget monitoring and review of Program expenses;
∎ Proficiency in computer, Microsoft Office programs and email communication are essential;
∎ Good administrative and leadership skills, ability to work in a team, participatory planning, good interpersonal skill, organizing and problem solving abilities and good skill in Office Management and staff supervision;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali;
