∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm the attendance of sales officer.
∎ Confirm timely product delivery to the distributor point.
∎ Ensure the vehicle loading & timely sales out.
∎ Preparation of Self-monitoring sheet.
∎ Morning meeting with Sales Officer.
∎ Regular market visit.
∎ Discuss with distributor through online
∎ Evening meeting with SO, DSR & Distributor.
∎ Collection of daily demand after evening meeting.
∎ Achievement of sales target (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
∎ Create new outlet for market coverage.
∎ To solve any problem with field force, DSR & Customers relating to sales & distributions.
∎ Monitor promotional program.
∎ Collection information about competitor activities.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
∎ Timely send office document.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Ability to lead sales team with leadership qualities.
∎ Ability to work under excessive pressure
∎ Good networking ability.
∎ Leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Analytical skills
∎ Decision making power
