Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelors/Master’s degree in marketing /communication/ business management or related field is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine yearly sales target and prepare plans to meet desired growth ambition for the assigned area through managing the designated team.
∎ Lead the team, monitor day to day performance and motivate team members for continuous improvement to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Adhere to RTM strategies and identify new opportunities for ensuring maximum coverage and optimum market service.
∎ Collect regular feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, competitors’ price, trade offers or any other activities and provide strategic inputs for tapping new market/Business.
∎ Execute on the job training plans for sales team and front-end sales force with a view to improving functional skills and implementing capability initiatives.
∎ Develop a sustainable long term relationship with both primary and secondary customers.
∎ Successful execution of trade marketing plans and promotions
Additional Requirements:
∎ For ASM: At least 5 years sales experience in TSM/ASM role
∎ For RSM: 10+ sales experience in TSM/ASM role in FMCG industry is preferred.
∎ Proven track of meeting business goals and sales targets.
∎ Excellent leadership and organizational Skills.
∎ Assertive, self-directed, and sales motivated.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
