∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in relevant field like ASM or TSM post

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates Must have experience in promoting, distributing brand and dealer sales network in sales of Chocolate products specially in dairy milk chocolate, Cup chocolate, Bar chocolate.
∎ Capable of handling existing deals and to create new deals for gap markets under assigned territory.
∎ Have to achieve sales target by developing territory sales plan and increase coverage at uncovered area though market visit.
∎ Positive mentality and physical fitness to travel all over Bangladesh.
∎ Attending to the distribution point according to tour plan in time.
∎ Maintain self-monitoring sheet.
∎ Organizing regular meetup to all team members for improving sales target.
∎ Market review of new and existing products and services.
∎ Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
∎ Prepare weekly
∎ Monthly action plan and update to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Trade marketing, sales
∎ To achieve any other goal that set by management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly report and submit to in charge.
∎ Computer literacy is must. (MS word, Excel)
