Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility to achieve monthly/quarterly/annually sales target of the region.
Prepare detailed Professional Business Plan within agreed budget and formulate Sales strategies for the region.
Constantly monitor competitor activity and performance.
Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain the relationship.
Monitoring team`s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Preparing daily visits, daily sales reports, new dealer appointments, handle product deliveries, and compile all types of marketing & sales-related reports and then submit its written form to the responsible manager on a daily basis and at the end of the month.
