Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/ MBA from any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets every time as estimated on these selected products such as Dairy products , Snacks, and Spices.
∎ Motivate and inspire the sales team to get the work done.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Provide technical or any other support to the sales team and dealers regarding sales.
∎ Development of new clients and maintaining a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Conduct frequent meetings with the sales team and Dealers.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards the head of the department.
∎ Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market for Dairy,Spices and Snakes.
∎ Visit different areas of Food markets frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in line with a yearly marketing plan, product performance, and competitor's activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve the target.
∎ Monitor product-wise daily performance.
∎ Conduct monthly meetings, conferences & scientific seminars.
∎ Assist the sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Maximizing the target customer awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
∎ Identify the competitive situation and market variables in the field of food products.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food (Dairy,Snakes and Species ) Products, experience in food Marketing.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong team spirit and common sense.
∎ Self-confident and presentable.
∎ Proactive & self-organized with Strong enthusiasm and commitment towards establishing a long-term career.
∎ Should be passionate and committed to promoting organizational values
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Of course, you have to know how to ride a motorcycle with a valid Driving License.

Salary: Negotiable
