We are seeking a highly driven and forward-thinking AR/VR Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR). This role blends business strategy with emerging tech expertise to expand market reach, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate adoption of immersive technology solutions across multiple industries.
✅ Build and execute go-to-market strategies for AR/VR/XR products across verticals such as education, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and entertainment.
✅ Identify, evaluate, and close opportunities with enterprise clients, startups, and technology partners.
✅ Lead the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
✅ Collaborate with product, engineering, and 3D design teams to translate client needs into scalable AR/VR solutions.
✅ Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and demo presentations.
✅ Drive revenue growth through new partnerships, licensing models, and strategic alliances.
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Multimedia, Engineering, or a related field.
💼 Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales — ideally in AR/VR, 3D tech, gaming, SaaS, or emerging tech ecosystems.
🛠️ Working knowledge of AR/VR platforms and development environments (Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore).
🕶️ Familiarity with immersive hardware (Meta Quest, HoloLens, Apple Vision Pro, etc.).
🗣️ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
⭐ Experience in metaverse, digital twins, simulation-based training, or spatial computing.
⭐ Understanding of WebXR, 3D design pipelines, or enterprise XR deployment models.
