• Bachelors/Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ Management/ Economics is preferred. Candidate must be from UGC approved university.

• At least 2 years

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

• 2–3 years of experience in portfolio management with strong sales skills and knowledge of capital markets.

The Portfolio Manager is a detail-oriented and analytical professional responsible for managing investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with clients’ financial objectives and risk profiles. This individual possesses strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial markets, and the ability to make informed investment decisions. The Portfolio Manager is proactive, client-focused, and capable of adapting to dynamic market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieves assigned monthly and annual sales targets to support departmental and organizational goals.

• Drives client acquisition and fund growth through strategic sales and trading activities.

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and prospective high-net-worth clients to attract and retain investments.

• Ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements and aligns all activities with market best practices and internal policies.

• Conducts regular performance reviews and rebalancing of portfolios to ensure optimal asset allocation and risk-adjusted returns.

• Prepares detailed investment reports, presentations, and performance summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Continuously reviews and enhances portfolio construction methodologies to improve returns and effectively manage risk.
