A) Sales & Target Achievement:
Leading & Managing Teams: Overseeing a team of sales representatives within their assigned zone or region. This includes recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
Setting & Achieving Sales Targets: Establishing sales goals for the region based on company objectives and market conditions. Implementing strategies to ensure consistent achievement of these targets
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. Negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Forecasting: Regularly analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to predict future demand and inform sales strategies.
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Preparing detailed reports on sales performance, trends, and competitor analysis for upper management.
B) Other Responsibilities:
6- Product Knowledge & Training: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company`s electronics products and training the sales team on their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
7- Channel Management: Establishing and managing relationships with different sales channels, such as distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
8- Promotional Activities: Participating in trade shows, industry events, and marketing campaigns to promote the company`s products and brand.
9- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. Reporting any potential issues or concerns to management.
Festival Bonus: 75% of Gross Salary (Pro Rata Basis)
