∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Importer, Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective of our FMCG products.
∎ Manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target.
∎ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
∎ Clear Idea about commercial terms (import) and Find out experienced CNF for airport & Chittagong port & maintain a relationship with them.
∎ Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting for the supervisors, Area meeting; evaluation of Field Forces performance.
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities.
∎ Collect regular marketing & sales feedback with an objective to remain updated about the company & provide strategic guidance for creating a strong market.
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job and providing effective sales target to all level of team members in that area.
∎ Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level.
∎ Build a strong network building in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ Visit regular of external customer i.e. distributors and all level of the customer to get regular and situation oriented support.
∎ Identify areas of opportunity for the Company's product & services.
∎ Create and maintain relationships with clients through understanding clients need, providing information, support, and service.
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Liaison maintaining with different vendors in different areas & also find out CNF & maintaining the relationship with them.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Monthly Commission facility.
