∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Area/ Territory Marketing, Dealer development, Marketing and Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Target achievement both in number & expansion plan.
∎ Develop & appoint new Franchise.
∎ Receive order regularly & ensure Franchise product availability and on time delivery.
∎ Train & develop Franchise people on product and business.
∎ Analysis business, market trend & competitors.
∎ Build profitable relationship with Franchise.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 31 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in footwear apparel will get preference
∎ Flexible to move and work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Very good in Business & Competitor analysis
∎ Self-motivated and energetic
∎ Honest, smart, active and confident
∎ Well-groomed and well mannered
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill within shortest possible time
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication

Salary: Negotiable
