Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Franchise Expansion Target.
∎ Achieve Monthly Target in Pairs and Turnover.
∎ Develop & Appoint new Franchise.
∎ Receive order regularly & ensure Franchise product availability and on time delivery.
∎ Receive payment regularly as per company policy.
∎ Train & Develop Franchise people on product and business.
∎ Analysis Business Trend.
∎ Build profitable relationship with Franchise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very Aggressive, Figure Hungry, Bottom Line Drive & Self Driven
∎ Flexible to move and work in any market anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Very good in Business & Competitor analysis

∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
