∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore new business opportunities for Paragon Tea.
∎ Improve present sales and create new dealer to maximize Tea sales.
∎ Prepare strategic plan for monthly and yearly sales target as per annual operation plan.
∎ Effectively implement sales and promotional activities / trade marketing and merchandising for the specified routes and distributor point.
∎ Daily order collection, money receipt and coordinate with DO dept. for order placement.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic and polite in manner with good personality.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package.
Salary will be reviewed after 6 month probation period on the basis of performance.
