The incumbent will be responsible for:
Achieving area/regional/divisional sales and recovery as per the target set out by the company.
Preparing sales and action plans, identifying trends determining area/regional sales system.
Rapport establishment with key customers; Like, Distributor and retailers etc.
Identifying new customers for increasing business opportunities.
Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities.
Accomplishes sales and organizations mission.
Searching of new distributor/dealer & recommendation for selection.
Analyze consumer trend, to collect information on the growing needs as the future source of growth.
Necessary market analysis, reporting and documentation and take actions to carryout it by Sales & Marketing team to enhance sales & monitor day to day activities of Plantation and Field Crops of the Company.
Promote the products, thus increasing sale of Agro Products to a greater height.
Relationship maintains with dealers.
Promotional and Marketing activities, Market research & feedback. Reporting to the line Manager from time to time.
Leading sales team and adding new business partners.
Responsible for the collection of outstanding. Should have strong network in the market.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
