Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead & monitor the area sales team of the Cosmetics & Skin Care division.
∎ Oversee daily activities of the regional sales team for efficient operations.
∎ Assist in setting the regional sales target.
∎ Explaining and promoting the company’s products and services to customers.
∎ Follow and act as per business plans to achieve the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales target.
∎ Maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders (Franchise/Retailer).
∎ Analyze the market trend & competitor activities and take necessary initiatives.
∎ Oversee daily activities of the sales team for efficient operations.
∎ Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Conducting and analyzing surveys to understand customer requirements.
∎ Achievement of regional KPI Targets on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
