∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in construction materials or precast products.
∎ Proven track record in B2B technical sales and client relationship management.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Understanding of structural elements and construction techniques is highly desirable.
∎ Customer oriented and skills to provide effective customer satisfaction
∎ A positive attitude towards working extended hours
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute effective sales strategies for PHC Spun Pile and PC Boundary Wall products.
∎ Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and site visits.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, civil consultants, and government bodies.
∎ Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
∎ Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education.
∎ Collaborate with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.
