Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Territory & Area sales Budget
∎ Planning, managing and monitoring sales activities of team to ensure targeted sales objective
∎ Prepare promotional plan & Strategies and Build brand awareness through effective programs & events
∎ Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team
∎ Recruit and develop team members through effective training & coaching
∎ Evaluate field force performance, Motivate & Reward through proper rewarding mechanism
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base through market research
∎ Maintain & build relationship with customers for new & repeat business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
