Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive primary and secondary sales in line with the company’s growth target;
∎ Lead, develop and monitor distributor’s and field force to ensure sales target achievement;
∎ Manage distributors through providing support in business planning and executive;
∎ Ensure the visibility/activity in place, communicate to customers in timely manner and aligned with plan and resources allocation;
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activity for review of company plans in order to improve sales strategies and achieve targets;
∎ Managing own client base and achieving personal sales budgets;
∎ Negotiating major dealings following company guidelines;
∎ Identifying and steering new opportunities for business improvement.
