∎ Solid experience in the relevant field to drive a sales team to achieve target·
∎ Willingness to develop career in sales and ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh·
∎ Willingness to develop career in top end consumer industry.
∎ Good communication skill in both English and Bengali.
∎ Willing to travel extensively·
∎ Strong interpersonal and relationship building capability
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing (of consumer durables & high-end lifestyle consumer products) and driving a consumer sales team effectively

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have the experience & expertise to drive & motivate a sales team to achieve its objectives.·
∎ This is a target driven position and incumbents are expected to discharge the following-·
∎ Prospect and identify potential customers in the target market.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
∎ Provide accurate and detailed information about various water filter and Air Purifier products existing in the market.
∎ Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
∎ Generate sales reports, referrals and provide feedback to the line manager.
∎ Build and maintain a database of customer contacts for future sales opportunities.
∎ Participate in trade shows, exhibitions & Expo promotional events to promote the company's water /Air purifiers products and the like.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
∎ Maintain awareness of pricing and product availability.
∎ Adhere to company policies and procedures.
∎ Team Management
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Regular arrangement of seminars, workshops, round table meetings & visit stake holders and target segments such as MNCs, Telecom, banks, insurance, local corporate & different ministries.
