Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be "Graduate" from a reputed university. Business graduates are preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and lead multiple team of TO (Territory Officer) & SO (Sales Officer) for generating sales in assigned business areas.
∎ Ensure monthly primary and secondary business target from assigned business areas.
∎ Ensure a healthy relationship with the assigned business house and create a clear, visible trustworthy business environment in line with organization policy.
∎ Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target by motivating and using potentiality of the secondary sales force.
∎ Maintain professional relationship with the other internal and external stakeholders to achieve qualitative and quantitative business goal.
∎ Help build the brand in the market through consumer promotion and trade promotion activity and ensure maximization of ROI (Return of investment).
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor utilization of financial budget of assigned business in line with company strategy.
∎ Maintain all relevant data, distribution stock, and sales tracking sheet regularly and send it to relevant authority as per provided guideline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-6 years working experience in FMCG.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Retail Sales, Corporate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG, Food products
∎ Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS applications.
∎ Must be good in speaking and writing in English.
∎ As area sales manager you should be flexible to be posted anywhere in the country upon availability of our distribution network or have to set new distribution facility.
∎ Positive, self-motivated, problem solver with career oriented working mindset.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively across assigned business areas to manage field sales team and business.
∎ Strong analytical ability, fast decision making and good situational leadership are also key skills for a successful ASM.
∎ Valid driving license and mindset needed to ride in motorbike extensively.
