Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target both quantity and value
∎ Set action plan, new dealer setup for Easy Bike,auto riksha , IPS and solar panel battery and organize to meet the progress of monthly primary and secondary business target from assigned
∎ business areas.
∎ Monitor, coordinate TSM/ Sales Executive and sending reports to Head of Sales.
∎ Ensure the arrangement and maintenance of the updated market and route wise party list
∎ Monitor the activities of the Distributors and sending reports to Head of Sales.
∎ Visit and ensure the productivity of the respective area.
∎ Implement the Company Objectives in the market.
∎ Follow up trade marketing activities
∎ Ensure product merchandising at the outlets (Retail & Wholesale) in his region
∎ Motivate the Sales Forces for achieving 100% target.
∎ Train the sales forces regarding product Knowledge and professional Skill development.
∎ Sales administrative activities in collaboration with line management.
∎ Maintain all relevant data, distribution stock, and sales tracking sheet regularly and send it to relevant authority as per provided guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IPS,Solar, Easy Bike ,Riksha Battery Sales
∎ Able to work under pressure maintaining a highly positive attitude with minimum supervision.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written forms.
