Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on food business and present market scenario.
∎ To visit & search new/potential dealers who are already in food restaurant/cafe business within the territory daily basis.
∎ To create the new Franchise/Food service as per given target.
∎ To ensure the payments under the sale in time.
∎ To create business strategies to attract new customers, expand business
∎ Developing & implementing sales plans.
∎ Resolving customer problems as needed, Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Any other job assign by management.
