∎ The candidate should be Honors / BBA / Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving total level value & volume target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility.
∎ Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales.
∎ Preparing periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
∎ Monitoring retailers' stock, ensuring timely payment from retailers and receiving claim adjustment.
∎ Ensuring coverage and availability as per the norms & resolving problem at immediate subordinate & out-level.
∎ Training the Sales Representatives in their daily activities and communicating all the promotional schemes to the subordinates, retailers.
∎ Setting monthly target territory wise.
∎ Searching of new retailer for gap market.
∎ Attend meetings as required.
∎ Supervise & physically attend promotional activities & ensure regular field visit to achieve company goal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:
∎ Food / Beverage
∎ The applicants should have minimum 2 years' experience in the same position
∎ Experience in any based Food & Beverage Company.
∎ Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented & diligent.
∎ Organizational & time management skills.
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be self -driven, hardworking & willing to work mentioned job location areas.
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer Operation particularly in MS Office.
∎ Adequate skills in ERP/ Computer Application and excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
