Job Context:
∎ The Area Sales Manager (ASM) & Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for Sales Planning and Strategy for the assigned area to achieve the individual sales target by actively involved in primary and secondary sales. The potential incumbent will able to build a strong sales network and manage overall sales of food products. Candidate must have capacity to achieve monthly sales Target.
∎ Workplace : Work with Field force in the Consumer Foods market.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet sales target & achieve the company goal.
∎ Must have the ability to provide depots & dealers in your territory within the month of joining the job.
∎ Develop modern and effective sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve sales target.
∎ Supervise, monitor and follow up team members to retain existing and potential customers and increase sales volume.
∎ Frequent field visit & develop relationship with our Retailer, Dealer, Sales Representative and Sales Executive.
∎ Appointing new dealers in gap areas to achieve sales targets.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with dealers and customers and meet their requirements efficiently.
∎ Feedback competitor's activities to management.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities and train the sales team accordingly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales & Marketing especially Food and Beverage or FMCG market.
∎ Strong communication and team management skills
∎ Team player & able to work under pressure.
∎ Able to meet target & deadline.
∎ Self-driven and cope with change.
∎ Proven track record of driving sales and marketing team for any company and achieving desire target and goal.

Salary: Negotiable
