Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All facts of marketing and sales development, dealer and distribution channel growth, sales team management, market research, promotions, and customer engagement will be under the direction of the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
∎ Reach zone-specific sales targets by planning and developing sales strategies at the area level and executing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
∎ Examine the network and strength of the distributor or dealer to ensure optimal coverage and sales expansion.
∎ Create and carry out strategic marketing and sales strategy in line with the goals of the firm.
∎ Dealer setup in the empty Areas.
∎ Reach the company's sales goal by carefully organizing and carrying out your strategy.
∎ Secondary sales objective needs to be confirmed.
∎ Daily sales reporting through spreadsheets or online media.
∎ Collaborate with a dynamic marketing team while adhering to the chief of marketing and sales' instructions.
∎ Offer the dealers technical assistance or any other kind of sales support. acquiring new business and preserving positive ties with current clients.
∎ Able to manage customers and please them by adhering to the organization's established service policies.
∎ Capable of leading a sales team.
∎ Carry out all marketing initiatives in accordance with the organization's established plan.
∎ Prepared to accept new duties and responsibilities as they are assigned by management.
∎ Whatever additional tasks that the management may occasionally designate.
