Experience:
Strong understanding of water storage products such as water tanks, FRP pressure vessels, HDPE pipes, etc., and knowledge of relevant markets and applications. Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.05-08 years Experience in market sales, distribution, and Trade Sales. Knowledge of plastic polymer Industries, Water Tank, Water Pump, HDPE pipe, or related industries will be preferred.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our Sales team in the building materials sector, specifically focusing on water storage products such as water tanks, FRP pressure vessels, HDPE pipes, and UPVC pipes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these products and relevant markets, along with excellent leadership and managerial skills to inspire and drive the team towards achieving company objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives & TSO to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Provide insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to meet business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, to make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
• Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
