Responsibilities & Context:
  • .To monitor the daily activities of Sales Officer (SO), Sr. Sales Officer (Sr. SO), Zonal Manager (ZM), Area Sales Manager (ASM).
  • To monitor the daily sales position.
  • To monitor the daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, monthly collection money from dealer.
  • To help Sales Officer (SO), Sr. Sales Officer (Sr. SO), Zonal Manager (ZM), Area Sales Manager (ASM) to create dealer & distribution Point.
  • To visit market daily to improve Sales Valium and take market share.
  • To act on dealer skilled development.
  • To train up to Sales Officer (SO), Sr. Sales Officer (Sr. SO), Zonal Manager (ZM), Area Sales Manager (ASM) to develop their skills.
  • To follow up every day all action.
  • To attain monthly, Quarterly, half yearly, yearly Meeting with the Sales Officer (SO), Sr. Sales Officer (Sr. SO), Zonal Manager (ZM), Area Sales Manager (ASM), Head of Sales.
  • To prepare report and submit to Head of Sales.
  • Ensure sales (consumer) target achievement by maximizing business growth, revenue, and increase customer base and market share in order to get positive return.
  • Execute action plan for sales growth to achieve long term business objective.
  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target achievement of the assigned territory.
  • Introduce & increase new customer (dealer, distributor and retailer as per operational plan) and retain them along with strong relationship building for capturing market share.
  • Coordinate on-time delivery of products.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
