Sajeeb Group – Hashem Flour Mills Ltd, one of the leading flour manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals for the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Bulk Sales (Flour). The role involves managing and expanding bulk and institutional flour sales within the assigned territory, strengthening distributor networks, and achieving sales targets through effective market planning and team leadership.

• Develop and execute area-wise bulk sales strategies for flour products to achieve sales targets
• Manage and expand institutional, wholesale, bakery, hotel, restaurant, and industrial flour customers
• Appoint, manage, and monitor distributors and bulk buyers within the assigned territory
• Lead, train, and supervise Sales Officers / Sales Executives to improve sales performance
• Ensure proper product availability, pricing compliance, and distribution coverage
• Monitor competitor activities, market demand, and pricing trends in the flour market
• Negotiate bulk contracts, pricing, credit limits, and payment terms as per company policy
• Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and collection of outstanding dues
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and accounts departments for smooth operations
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
