∎ Graduate in any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To operate and represent the total marketing and selling activities of the company in a specific territory and create consistent and increasing demand
∎ Area sales target achievement.
∎ Follow-up and monitor implementation of area business plan to strengthen distribution improvement of products.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of all company resources and marketing tools to drive appropriate execution of regional plans (e.g. events, promotions, consumer engagement activities etc.) and measure area performance on regular basis.
∎ Ensure proper guidance and performance monitoring of all retailers and SO & TSO of Distributor in the area.
∎ Ensure continuous flow of new ideas, execute area specific business plan etc. and share the learning with the team members.
∎ Follow up Competitors activities and report to DSM/NSM
∎ Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per schedule and requirement
∎ Cooperate and implement task with residence engineers of the area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry
∎ Minimum 5 years of experiences of which 2 years in similar position.
∎ Good communication & presentation skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Problem solving & analytical ability.
∎ Ready to work under pressure
∎ Well conversant with MS Office
