Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve daily sales targets and ensure timely market collection.
∎ Develop market coverage and manage relationships with retailers and influencers.
∎ Lead, coach, and supervise field sales executives to ensure productivity.
∎ Maintain and update sales, stock, and market data reports regularly.
∎ Supervise and monitor demand generation activities in assigned territories.
∎ Plan and verify daily route charts for field executives for effective coverage.
∎ Implement and oversee marketing and promotional activities in the field.
∎ Analyse competitor activities, pricing, and market strategies.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and reporting of operational issues and solutions.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth market operations.
