Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve daily sales targets and ensure timely market collection.
Develop market coverage and manage relationships with retailers and influencers.
Lead, coach, and supervise field sales executives to ensure productivity.
Maintain and update sales, stock, and market data reports regularly.
Supervise and monitor demand generation activities in assigned territories.
Plan and verify daily route charts for field executives for effective coverage.
Implement and oversee marketing and promotional activities in the field.
Analyse competitor activities, pricing, and market strategies.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of operational issues and solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth market operations.
