Job Context:
Alif Attar Company is a reputed and fast-growing attar and perfume brand committed to delivering premium fragrances nationwide. To strengthen leadership in our sales operations and expand market coverage, we are looking for experienced, strategic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead regional sales teams, drive revenue growth and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team.
Achieve area monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer demand.
Ensure strong distribution network and product availability in assigned area.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors and partners.
Conduct regular field visits and performance evaluations of sales team members.
Ensure timely collection of orders, payments and proper delivery follow-up.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and brand activities.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.

Travel & Communication Allowances: Tour allowance, travel allowance (T/A), and mobile bill reimbursement, as applicable.
