Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Alif Attar Company is a reputed and fast-growing attar and perfume brand committed to delivering premium fragrances nationwide. To strengthen leadership in our sales operations and expand market coverage, we are looking for experienced, strategic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead regional sales teams, drive revenue growth and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team.

  • Achieve area monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer demand.

  • Ensure strong distribution network and product availability in assigned area.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors and partners.

  • Conduct regular field visits and performance evaluations of sales team members.

  • Ensure timely collection of orders, payments and proper delivery follow-up.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.

  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and brand activities.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
